How to Book
- You send us an inquiry with the dates you plan to stay at our villa as well as the number of guests
- We send you the quotation and payment instructions
- As long as you agree with the quotation, we kindly ask you to make a deposit (20% of the total payment) to secure your reservation.
- We will send you an email about 2 weeks before your arrival to remind you to pay off the remaining payment.
- We expect the remaining payment to be made minimum 7 days before the arrival and proof of payment is required.
Cancellation Policy
- Guests may cancel their reservation before 30 days for a full refund
- If the guest cancels 2 weeks before the planned trip, a refund of 50% of the amount will be given.
- If the cancellation is made more than 7 days before the planned trip, a 25% of the amount will be refunded
- If the cancellation is made 7 days or less before the arrival, or the remaining amount is not paid on time, the reservation will be cancelled and no refund will be made.
- EARLY DEPARTURE – There are NO REFUNDS for early departures
What the Rate Covers
- The rent includes power and water.
- The rent also include the proper use of the private orchard, private garage and garden.
- All bedrooms come prepared with clean bedding and bath towels.
- The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking.
- A Nespresso coffee machine is available. Guests are welcome to bring along their own coffee capsules of their taste.
- Guests are welcome to use our washing machine and a dyer in the utility room.
- There is free wifi in the villa. The coverage is intermittent and the speed varies due to the infrastructure limitations and the general usage on the island. Interruptions and weak signals are possible especially in high season.
- We conduct cleaning of the swimming pool periodically.
- Our villas are disinfected before the arrival of our guests.
What the Rate Does NOT Cover
We do not provide cleaning service during the stay unless requested by the guests and for a fee.
If you stay for 7 days or longer, you can request a cleaning service by sending us a message and we will try our best to accommodate your needs.
